Therapy designed for you, not a textbook.
You may be feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about how to move forward. As a clinical psychologist, I use evidence-based strategies tailored to your specific goals, identity, & the challenges you’re facing—not a one-size-fits-all plan. We’ll look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck & also acknowledge real-world factors—like life stressors, health concerns, or identity-based discrimination—that affect how you feel & function. Together, we’ll build & practice strategies that are practical, research-backed, & personalized to help move toward meaningful change—with support, not judgment.
As faculty at Harvard Medical School/Mass General Brigham, I bring experience in treating a range of mental health concerns, with particular expertise in medical stress, health behavior change, trauma, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. I also work with those who are thriving in many areas of life but are looking to grow, realign, or reflect on what comes next.
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with integration of other evidence-based approaches to personalize treatment to your unique needs. My approach is active, collaborative, and down-to-earth. We will focus not just on insight, but on helping you apply what we discuss in session to real life. That might mean trying out new ways of responding, relating, or coping—and then using our time together to reflect and adjust.
In addition to therapy and coaching, I also provide comprehensive psychodiagnostic assessments. Sometimes symptoms don’t fit neatly into one category—or multiple issues may be interacting in ways that make it hard to know where to start. I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations to help bring clarity, especially in potentially complex situations. These assessments can uncover underlying patterns, help to clarify diagnoses, and guide effective treatment planning. Each evaluation includes a detailed written report and personalized treatment recommendations to support your next steps. Please note: this is NOT a neuropsychological evaluation and does not diagnose concerns such as learning disabilities, ADHD, or autism.
